At Vastrarupam, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or customized
  • Color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution differences
Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be offered.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
